UV Matt Coating for Decorative Applications

Since a couple of years there has been an increasing demand for matt surfaces in the furniture industry. Today the manufacturer of 2D and 3D films offer a wide range of matt films.

Reisewitz is coating decorative films with UV lacquers. By applying our dedicated UV-Excimer Technology, a very smooth matt surface with exceptional scratch resistance and anti-fingerprint properties can be achieved. The technology can be used on all common film materials like PP, PET or PVC. Also an antibacterial lacquer version is in development.

Due to our modern pilot coater the top coating can be customized very fast and efficiently.
